We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, unassembled and returned with their original packaging. Bespoke, personalised and hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded.

How to request a return

Contact customer service with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will confirm collection or return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
